1 The forged surface of the combined rigging has cracks and should be scrapped.
2 The combined rigging is twisted and deformed. When the hook body is twisted more than 10 °, it should be scrapped.
3 When the deformation of the opening of the combined rigging reaches 10% of its original size, it shall be scrapped; when the deformation of the opening of other hooks reaches 15% of the original size, it shall be scrapped.
4 When the actual size of the dangerous section of the combined rigging is less than 90% of the original size, it should be scrapped. Hook nuts or safety parts are not allowed to wear.
5 The size of the combined rigging after corrosion shall not be less than 90% of the original size, otherwise it shall be scrapped.
6 The thread of the combined rigging should try to avoid the occurrence of corrosion, otherwise it should be trimmed and processed to eliminate corrosion defects. When the axial clearance exceeds the allowable value, a new nut must be replaced.
7 The welding repair of the combined rigging and the situation that the hook is subjected to high temperature, strong corrosion and exceeding the prescribed time limit shall be scrapped.
