If the climbing frame electric hoist can be placed for a long time, coupled with poor maintenance and management, it will directly cause the brake wheel and end cover to appear rust, and the brake wheel cannot be disengaged after starting, and the motor company will By making a "hum" sound, it will not turn up, and a "strike" will occur. The group hoist is a low-speed electric chain hoist with light weight, simple installation, flexible operation and control, and convenient use. The solution to the teaching method at this time is: remove the brake wheel, clean the rusty surface, and restart the test run.
2. The load pressure is too large or the transmission system is mechanically faulty. Generally, it is reasonable to match the output power of the electric motor with a climbing frame electric hoist. Lifting heavy objects cannot be overloaded. If the electric climbing frame electric hoist cannot be rotated, first remove the load. If the motor can start normally, it means economical gearbox, etc. If the transmission design mechanism is faulty, the towed mechanism should be checked and the fault should be cleared.
Third, check that the power fuse is blown. If the single-phase motor starts at the rest phase, the starting torque is zero and the motor cannot rotate. The fuse should be enough to replace.
Fourth, the grid system voltage is too low, the starting torque is proportional to the square of the voltage, the acceleration torque can not overcome the load torque, and cannot reach the speed during the operation of the enterprise. The safety voltage of the national grid should be appropriately increased.
The AC contactor is in poor contact and the line cannot be connected. Use contact paper to smooth the contact head. At the same time, check the pull-in and disconnection of the iron core, and there is no jamming phenomenon. If necessary, replace the contactor.
After the crawler-type electric hoist runs, the strike should be stopped immediately, the shoulders should be rubbed completely, the problem should be found in time, and repaired as soon as possible, so as not to affect the progress of the project and increase the cost.
