Why is the electric hoist climbing frame broken

Climbing frame electric hoist has been widely used by enterprises. The electric hoist of the climbing frame has a compact structure, and the electric hoist whose motor axis is perpendicular to the axis of the drum adopts a worm gear transmission device. The disadvantages of the climbing frame electric hoist are: large length, large width, coarse structure, low mechanical efficiency, and difficult processing. The hydraulic system is dual-controlled, and the overflow regulating valve and magnetic contact pressure gauge can accurately control the pressure. The electrical control department uses low voltage control to increase the safety of the control system. If you do not pay attention to the maintenance and use of the gear during the use of the climbing frame electric hoist, it will also cause damage to the gear, thus affecting our normal work. What is the real reason for the damage of the climbing frame electric hoist gear? First of all, if there is wear caused by impurities in the lubricating oil, it is generally called abrasive wear. This wear usually occurs in blades with very deep crests and roots, which are perpendicular to the pitch line and parallel to each other. After the scraper appears, the oil temperature of the reducer rises, and the gear transmission generates a sharp noise. At this time, the lubricant must be replaced. Secondly, due to the deviation of the tooth shape and the deviation of the installation center distance, the transition of the gear tooth tip edge and the root transition portion may be excessively squeezed, so that the circular portion of the tooth root is seriously worn. Due to overloading, the electric hoist of the climbing frame often causes a thin layer of wear on the root of the driving wheel or the top of the driven wheel. The last point is that the gear thickness of the reducer gear of the electric hoist lifting mechanism of the climbing frame should not be less than the original tooth thickness, and the gear thickness of the running mechanism gear should not be less than the original tooth thickness, and the gear exceeds the standard. New gears should be replaced. The wear of the tooth thickness of the tracked electric hoist can be measured with a tooth caliper to measure the tooth thickness of the indexing round teeth.
