Climbing frame electric hoist lifting rules

Electric climbing frame technology is widely used in the construction of high-rise buildings at present. Most of them use climbing electric hoist as lifting equipment to make the entire outer scaffold climb up along the outer wall or column of the building. The climbing frame electric hoist is also a very important part in the overall climbing frame lifting procedure. The following introduces the details that need to be paid attention to in the lifting procedure. (1): Check whether the climbing frame electric hoist is properly hung, and whether the pick beam is firmly installed. Tighten the chain to check the hoist, so that all the electric hoists of the climbing frame are at the same height and are under normal stress to be operated. (2): Observe that all the live loads and sufficient loads on the rack body are removed from the electric hoist of the climbing frame. Loosen the fixed tie point between the frame and the building. Loosen the bolts and diagonal rods connecting the bearing and the building, and observe the stable state of the shelf. Check whether there is any abnormal collision or release between the climbing frame and the building. At this time, the climbing frame is only connected to the building by the electric hoist, guide rod, guide wheel and lifting steel beam. (3): When the whole climbing frame is lowered, except for pressing the "Descent" button of the electric control cabinet, the other preparation steps are the same as the ascent, but moving up one layer is moving down one layer instead. (4): When the staff of the overall climbing frame take their positions, the general commander issues the ascent command, and the central control room starts to start the climbing frame electric hoist, so that the overall outer frame rises at a speed of 100mm/min. Observe the rise of the scaffold when ascending If there is any inclination or the lifting height of the hoist chain is inconsistent, it immediately sends a signal to stop the lifting operation. After the individual hoists are not synchronized, the same horizontal elevation is maintained and the synchronized lifting operation is continued. (5): After the overall climbing frame is lifted into place, immediately fix the load-bearing rods and load-bearing bars with the embedded parts of the building or the wall-through rods, and at the same time use steel pipe fasteners to pull the outer frame and the inner support of the building firmly. The guide also moves up a layer of ice and fixes accordingly. (6): After the overall climbing frame is in place, check one by one and confirm that each established tie rod is in a state of being under force and the guide is properly fixed. Relax the climbing frame electric hoist, use the spare bracelet hoist to lift the heavier equipment to the upper layer and fix it in place, waiting for the next lifting. Normally, the electric hoist chain of the climbing frame should be in a loose state. (7): After each lift, someone should fill in the lift operation record, record the equipment and frame during the lift, and record whether there are abnormal phenomena and safety during the operation. (8): After the outer frame is lowered to the bottom, the lifting device should be removed first, and then the outer frame should be gradually removed from top to bottom. The operating procedure is exactly the opposite of the installation procedure.
