The electric hoist of climbing frame is a kind of low speed electric chain hoist which belongs to a kind of light and small hoisting machinery. It has the advantages of slow lifting speed, light weight of machine body and high hardness of machine parts. This product is more flexible when used in a workplace with a small space. It is suitable for the lifting of climbing frames in the field of construction engineering and the group crane of large oil tanks, so it is also called "group crane
electric hoist". The commonly used one is 7.5 tons. At the beginning of the design, the
electric hoist of the climbing frame is all designed according to the positive hanging. Later, in order to facilitate some projects, the electric hoist designed specifically for the upside down is used to make up for the shortage of the positive hanging hoist to a certain extent. So what are the differences between the two? Connect the head of the electric hoist of the climbing frame and the frame body, the lower hook is connected to the bottom of the frame body, the lifting sprocket rotates counterclockwise, and the frame body is lifted. With the aid of wire rope lifting, it is generally inconvenient or less reliable to use wire rope. However, the inverted electric hoist that appeared later just made up for this shortcoming. The hanging point of the inverted hoist was connected to the top of the frame, and the screw spring was used to tension the chain. It did not cause pressure on the frame during use, and it was much more convenient to use.
