Electric climbing frame hoists are currently widely used in high-rise building construction, so how do we pay attention to the key points of use? First, according to the characteristics of the project, review the special plan, and separately set the frame height, width, and the setting spacing and number of lifting positions, and guidance A series of main parameters such as the set point and number of the seat should be checked, and the force calculation should be carefully reviewed. According to the product quality checklist, carefully inspect the incoming materials, components, and equipment. For example, the components and rack materials must meet the quality requirements, without serious corrosion, and no abnormal welds. Check the overall factory qualification certificate of the climbing frame, especially the relevant qualification certificates of the electric hoist's anti-falling device and gravity sensor, and the lifting intelligent control system. Carry out a careful check on the qualifications of the units and operators who set up the frame. The operator must be a professional scaffolding worker (with lifting scaffolding attached) and must hold a certificate to work. Before installation, operators should make a comprehensive technical explanation and safety operation regulations. When pre-embedding the plastic pipe of the wall screw hole of the upper hanger, it must be perpendicular to the outer surface of the structure. The distance between the bolt hole of the hanger wall and the bolt hole of the wall fixing guide seat is about 350mm. The left and right displacement error of the reserved hole should be less than 50MM. The concrete strength of the hanging part attached to the wall structure must reach or exceed 10MPa before it can be lifted. The concrete strength of the second layer of the structure from top to bottom reaches 15MPa, and the concrete strength of the third layer reaches 20MPa. The upper layer needs to be attached with reserved holes or pre-embedded nut parts in good condition and meet the requirements to meet the timely fixing of the guide seat. When the lifting scaffold is installed, used, and lifted, it should be ensured that at least 3 fixed guide seats are attached to each machine position on the main building. Two dedicated positioners are installed on each guide seat for reliable connection. The distance between two adjacent positions is not more than 6 meters.
