It is strictly forbidden to press two buttons in opposite directions at the same time, the others can be operated simultaneously. 6. Special maintenance personnel should be set to check the main performance and safety status of the electric hoist once a week to find the fault and eliminate it in time. 7. Regularly check the brake ring on the brake wheel of the motor fan. It is not allowed to be stained with oil. The adjustment nut should be tightened to avoid accidents due to brake failure. 8. The lubricating parts of the group hoist electric hoist should be filled with an appropriate amount of lubricating oil in time. The lubricating oil should be clean and free of other impurities. The lubricating oil is changed every 2 months. Be sure to add enough lubricating oil before lifting reducer and running reducer. 9. The group hoist electric hoist is not suitable for places full of corrosive gas or relative humidity greater than 85%, and cannot replace explosion-proof hoist.
10. It is forbidden to hang heavy objects in the air when the group hoist electric hoist is idle, to prevent permanent deformation of parts. 11. The group hoist electric hoist should be parked in a designated safe place and a rain cover should be installed outdoors. 12. The group hoist electric hoist must not be lifted sideways or inclined to lift heavy objects, and it is forbidden to use it in overload. 13. When disassembling the lifting reducer, do not use screwdriver, flat shovel, etc. to hit the joint surface. Use a wooden hammer to gently tap the protruding part of the cabinet to avoid damaging the sealing plane between the cabinet and the cover.
