Overhaul of climbing frame electric hoist

Climbing frame electric hoist may have various minor problems in daily work. Generally, there are two categories of circuit failure and mechanical failure. Common faults are as follows (1) When the electric hoist tail chain is tangled with the scaffold. This is a problem that is easily encountered in the use of the hoist. It is necessary to pay attention to safety when using it. Secondly, the lifting chain must be hung vertically and straightened, and the lifting chain and the lower hook must not be twisted wrongly. You can also choose to hoist the gourd upside down to avoid this situation. (2) Missing phase. The lack of phase will make the climbing frame hoist weak, and it is necessary to check the line. The lack of phase of the electric box can put the universal meter into the path position. When one meter needle is placed on the incoming end of the forward and reverse switch, the other meter needle is placed on the small electric box leakage protector and measured in phase sequence. If the electric hoist is out of phase, first turn the universal meter to the path file, and measure any two items of the live wire of the hoist plug. If the table shows 21 to 23 as normal, use the same method to measure the hoist motor terminal when there is no reading. If the reading is normal, the hoist wire is broken. , Replace the hoist wire, otherwise the hoist motor is damaged, replace the motor. (3) The motor is damaged. When the motor is damaged, it is mostly caused by frequent use and violence. When the motor is damaged, it needs to be inspected by professionals. If it can be repaired, then it must be replaced. (4) The reducer is faulty. Determine the location of the fault from the location of abnormal noise. If the abnormal noise comes from the reducer, the resulting faults include lack of lubricating oil in the gearbox, wear or damage of the reduction gear, lack of lubricating oil in the bearing, and damage to the bearing. When a problem occurs, it should be stopped and checked, and it is also determined whether the reducer has been lubricated before use, and whether the lubricating oil is regularly replaced during use. (5) Abnormal sound. Different sounds have different fault locations. When there is a sound of "a bounce, a bounce", the machine should be stopped immediately. Check whether there is any damage to the blade teeth, five-foot long shaft, four-tooth short shaft, spline teeth, etc. If problems are found in the faulty parts, they should be repaired and removed in time.
