1. The use of climbing frame electric hoist department should use electric hoist that meets the requirements of safety technical specifications.
2. Register with the management department of the District Technical Supervision Bureau before or 30 days after using the climbing frame electric hoist.
3. The safety technical files of climbing frame electric hoist should be established. The safety technical file shall include the following:
(1) Qualification certificate of manufacturing unit and product, operation and maintenance manual. Safety technical documents and information.
(2) Periodically inspect the climbing frame electric hoist and regularly check the records of the climbing frame electric hoist.
(3) Records of daily use of climbing frame electric hoist.
(4) Daily maintenance records of safety accessories and safety protection devices.
(5) Operation guarantee and accident record of climbing frame electric hoist.
4. The daily maintenance of the climbing frame electric hoist should be carried out. Carry out self-inspection once a month, and make records, and find abnormal situations should be dealt with in time.
5. According to the regular inspection requirements of the safety technical specifications, there are inspection and inspection agencies to inspect.
6. Carry out safety education and training for the personnel who operate the electric hoist to ensure that the operators have the necessary knowledge of safe operation, and obtain the certificate of assessment of the National Special Equipment Safety Supervision and Administration Department.
7. The personnel operating the electric hoist of the climbing frame should strictly implement it in the operation, safe operation rules and related safety rules and regulations.
8. The personnel operating the electric hoist of the climbing frame shall discover the hidden danger of the accident or other unsafe factors during the operation, and shall immediately report it to the relevant department and the person in charge.
Note: The electric hoist with a crane less than 1 ton shall be implemented in accordance with the provisions of 3.4.6.7.8.
