Use and maintenance of group hoist electric hoist
1. It is not allowed to simultaneously press two flashlight door buttons that move the group hoist electric hoist in the opposite direction.
2. After the work is completed, the main gate of the power supply must be opened to cut off the power supply.
3. It should be operated by a special person, and the operator should fully grasp the safety operation regulations, and it is strictly prohibited to slant and hang.
4. In use, special personnel must regularly check the electric hoist, take measures in time if a fault is found, and carefully record it.
5. There must be enough lubricating oil in use, and keep the lubricating oil clean, and should not contain impurities and dirt.
6. When oiling the steel wire rope, a hard brush or small wooden piece should be used. It is strictly forbidden to oil the steel wire rope at work.
7. When the hoist is not working, it is not allowed to hang heavy objects in the air to prevent the parts from deforming.
8. During use, if a fault is found, the main power supply should be cut off immediately.
