When the motor is broken, the use of the brake motor makes the hoist lower hook stop working, and the heavy object stops at the corresponding position. The working principle of the group hoist electric hoist is: first start the lifting motor, lift the heavy object to an appropriate height, and then start the running motor to transport the heavy object to the specified location, and the running trolley walks on the lower edge of the single I-beam . In order to prevent heavy objects from falling when the running trolley is walking, an electromagnetic brake is installed on the lifting mechanism. Braking relies on the pressure of the spring to compress the inner and outer disks. The principle is similar to that of a friction clutch. When it is released, the outer disk is sucked by the electromagnet to release the inner and outer disks. When walking, an electric motor is used to drive the wheels on both sides of the trolley. Because the walking speed is relatively low, the running car generally does not have a braking mechanism. The circuit of the electromagnetic brake is connected in parallel with the circuit of the hoisting motor, so as soon as the hoisting motor is started, the electromagnetic brake is released, so that the heavy object can be lifted up and down freely; at the same time, when the motor is turned off, the electromagnetic brake is also powered off, electromagnetic attraction Disappears, under the pressure of the spring, the inner and outer discs are pressed tightly, acting as a brake.
