Whether the bearing is lubricated with smooth oil before use, and whether the smooth oil is replaced regularly during operation. 3. The group hoist electric hoist does not work after pressing the start switch
It is common for the group hoist electric hoist to be unable to operate because it has not been connected to an additional operating voltage. There are generally three conditions:
(1) Whether the power supply system supplies power to the group hoist electric hoist power supply, generally use a test pencil to test, if there is no power supply, wait for the power supply before operating;
(2) The electrical appliances of the main and control circuits of the group hoist are damaged, the circuit is disconnected or the touch is bad. The group hoist electric hoist generally shows this situation. When the maintenance personnel perform maintenance, it is often necessary to avoid sending the main and control circuits. If the power of the three-phase motor is out of phase and the motor is burned, or the group hoist electric hoist motor is suddenly energized, causing irreversible harm. In some cases, the voltage of the group hoist electric hoist motor is normal, but the group hoist electric hoist does not work, which needs to be considered for other reasons, such as: the motor is burned, the motor needs to be replaced during maintenance; the hoist will not be used for a long time, or It is due to various reasons that the brake wheel and the end cover are rusted.
