The chain should be smooth and tidy, to ensure that each climbing frame electric hoist is stored in an orderly manner, to prevent the chain from rusting and entangled when it is reused, which will eventually make it unusable. 3. The electric hoist of the climbing frame is dusty in the open air. The unused group hoist electric hoist should wear a protective coat of the electric hoist and cannot be stored directly in the open air. 4. The electric hoist for climbing frame should be maintained at least 4-6 times a year, such as cleaning the parts with diesel and lubricating with calcium-based grease. Standards of use 1. Newly installed or hoisted electric hoist should be tested with empty car several times. However, before the installation is complete, avoid power-on trial transfer. 2. Prior to normal use, a static load test of 125% of the rated load, about 100 mm from the ground, and a 10-minute static load test should be conducted to check whether it is normal. 3. The dynamic load test is based on the rated load weight for repeated lift and left and right movement tests. After the test, check whether the mechanical transmission part, electrical part and connection part are normal and reliable. 4. It is forbidden to use in an unacceptable environment and when the rated load and the rated closing times per hour (120 times) are exceeded. 5. When the hook is raised to the upper limit position, the distance between the hook shell and the drum shell must be greater than 50mm (10t, 16t, 20t must be greater than 120mm). When the hook is lowered to the lower limit position, the wire rope safety ring on the drum should be ensured, and the effective safety ring must be more than 2 circles.6. Do not press two buttons to move the electric hoist in the opposite direction at the same time. 7. After the work is completed, the main brake of the power supply must be pulled down to cut off the power supply. 8. The lifting operation should be operated by a special person, and the operator should fully grasp the safety operation rules, and it is strictly prohibited to pull the crane diagonally.
