1. When you start to command the lifting load, use the micro signal to command. When the load is 100~200mm away from the ground, stop the lifting and test the crane. After confirming the safety and reliability, you can use the normal lifting signal to command the lifting. 8. When the command crane is operating in rain and snow, it should be tested first, and the brake must be sensitive and reliable before lifting.9. Responsible for weight calculation of correct load and correct selection of rigging. 10. Commanders need to take necessary precautions against possible accidents. 11. Commanders should wear distinctive signs and special-colored helmets. 12. The commander shall have safety measures to protect the personal and equipment at the landing site when issuing a hook or load down signal command.
