However, the speed changes greatly, the intermediate speed cannot be operated for a long time, the circuit is more complicated, and the crane mechanical part must be modified to use. (5) Thyristor stator voltage regulation and speed regulation, thyristor stator voltage regulation and speed regulation, the speed regulation range can reach 1:10, the speed change rate is less than 5, the rise and fall can be adjusted speed, and has certain development prospects. However, this solution is complicated and difficult to debug. (6) Frequency conversion speed regulation, frequency conversion speed regulation is an ideal scheme, the speed regulation ratio can reach more than 1:10, and can realize stepless speed regulation. The mechanical characteristics of each gear speed are very hard, and the heavy-duty low-speed start and operation are stable and reliable. The acceleration and deceleration time settings make the braking speed of each gear quite stable. It has high control precision, designed with fault display, analysis and parameter monitoring functions, which is easy to use and maintain, and easy to realize automatic control and remote control.
